Return Policy:

iMonza has a no return policy, except for wrong items shipped by us. In this case, we will accept returned items and re-ship the correct items at our expense. Prior to return of any item you will need a Return Authorization.

iMonza does not accept returns on open items.  If the container seal is broken we will not accept returns.

To return an item, log into your account, review the order using the "Completed Orders" link found under the "My Account" menu and click the Return Item(s) button. You will be notified via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

Shipping:

iMonza does not ship outside the U.S.
